Our model ensures a high-touch, customized experience—you're never just another name on a list. We meet you where you are and build a plan around your specific goals and needs.
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of coaching and support services, including: Sober coaching and recovery support Life coaching and goal setting Mental wellness and accountability Life-skills development Remote coaching sessions (phone or video) Family support and case management Aftercare planning and daily structure guidance Crisis navigation and transitions from inpatient programs Each plan is tailored to the client, and may include multiple areas of support depending on the individual’s goals and current situation.

  • How is coaching different from therapy?
    Coaching focuses on present-day goals and future planning, whereas therapy often addresses clinical mental health diagnoses and past trauma. While we are not a clinical treatment provider, we work alongside therapists, counselors, and medical professionals as part of a holistic recovery and wellness plan. Many clients choose to do both coaching and therapy simultaneously for maximum support.
  • Is this only for people struggling with addiction?
    No. While we have deep expertise in recovery coaching, our services support a wide range of personal challenges and life transitions. Clients often come to us for help with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, career direction, emotional resilience, and general self-improvement—even if addiction isn’t part of the picture.
  • How do remote coaching sessions work?
    Our coaching is designed to be fully accessible, with remote sessions offered via phone or secure video call. This provides flexibility for clients with busy schedules or those who travel frequently. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience, and your coach remains available between sessions for support and accountability as part of our concierge model.
  • How often do I meet with my coach?
    Coaching frequency depends on your needs and goals. Some clients meet with their coach several times per week, while others prefer weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Your plan will be personalized during your intake and adjusted over time based on progress and feedback.
  • Do you offer support for families?

We also assist families in navigating transitions, such as discharges from treatment or interventions.

  • Is coaching confidential?
    Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. All sessions and communications with your coach are private and protected. We will only share information with others (such as family members or healthcare providers) with your explicit consent.
  • What is the cost of coaching?
    Pricing varies based on the level of support, session frequency, and scope of services required. As a concierge service, we provide custom plans rather than fixed packages. During your consultation, we’ll discuss the cost structure and create a plan that aligns with your needs and budget.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    No, we currently do not accept any insurance plans. All costs are out-of-pocket.
