Integrative Health
Initial general health assessment. Client goals are focused on key areas of recovery: sobriety, family/relationships, finances, nutrition, spirituality, fitness, social life, education/career, and hobbies/passions. We break down goals for each category into attainable steps. We empower clients to take ownership of their goals, then hold them accountable to follow through. At the start of each week, we work with clients to create structured schedules and set both short- and long-term goals.

Assessment
Clients are asseted to determine current health issues and how to address them during and after the coaching sessions.

Goal Setting
Clients engage in personalized, one-on-one sessions with their coach to collaboratively identify and define their short-term, mid-term, and long-term health and wellness goals. These objectives may encompass a wide range of focus areas, including weight management, physical fitness, nutritional planning, financial well-being, stress reduction, and other aspects of personal development. Each coaching plan is tailored to align with the client’s individual values, lifestyle, and aspirations, fostering sustainable progress and meaningful transformation over time.

Areas of Recovery
Clients are encouraged to explore and set goals across multiple dimensions of their lives, including sobriety, family and relationships, financial stability, nutrition, spirituality, physical fitness, social engagement, education and career development, as well as hobbies and personal passions. This holistic approach ensures that each individual’s growth is balanced, meaningful, and aligned with their core values and aspirations.
